Upon meeting with SaviLinx, they revealed that they needed Lounge Lizard’s digital marketing expertise for recruitment campaigns to fill call center positions, improvement in website SEO and branding, and increase their social media and website engagement. With clearly defined goals and expectations, the Lounge Lizard digital marketing team was ready to create a strategy that would meet and exceed the goals and expectations of the client. In order to better understand the varying target audiences and their digital habits, Lounge Lizard’s SEO team joined in on the project to perform extensive keyword research looking at the search query intent and reviewing competitor keywords to utilize their successful actions for the benefit of their client.
For reference, SaviLinx consciously scouts economically disadvantaged markets for their contact center locations to bring much-needed jobs and economic growth to underserved communities. Thus, marketing efforts would need to meet the needs of the ever-growing multilingual audiences in the communities where the various call centers were located. Lounge Lizard’s experts began devising a digital marketing strategy that would aid SaviLinx in reaching its target audience through the use of highly-targeted Pay-Per-Click (PPC) ads using Google Adwords, Meta Business Manager, and Ultipro UKG. The strategy for SaviLinx’s campaigns began by looking into their main competitors and reverse engineering their PPC efforts. Lounge Lizards SEO team looked into SaviLinx’s top-performing keywords and used them to create a base and monitored the search queries they triggered in order to expand their keyword list. Keyword lists were also developed based on the job post positions.
As SaviLinx prides itself on diversity, Lounge Lizard’s marketing and design teams ensured that ad creatives spoke to the client’s target audience. For campaigns that specifically aimed at hiring bilingual candidates, the design team made sure to use images of people that fit in the appropriate demographic.

Hence, the digital marketing team used cutting-edge technology in AI, Chat GPT, for generating ad copy ideas that would resonate with each of the target populations. As with any project, there were a few small challenges that Lounge Lizard overcame in order to achieve success. For instance, they suggested going heavier on animated ads when running Meta ads, which took some time to get approved. However, once given the green light to run those animated ads the conversion rate increased by 26%.
